NCAA Continues to Be Inconsistent

It goes without saying that this college football season has been almost as much about what happens on the field versus what school or players the NCAA were investigating.

Well after reading the gifts players get from bowl games, it blows my mind. A player cannot even get a $0.99 nugget from Wendy's bought for them, however they can get an iPod Touch, xBox 360 or gift cards.

Not every other student has access to these items so is that not violating the NCAA rule. I am done trying to figure out the rules or how the NCAA continues to be inconsistent with their rulings.
